My First Day At School

   On my first day at school, I was very excited. First, I went to my classroom. Then, I met my classmates. They were all very friendly. After that our teacher came. She was a good teacher. Next we had lunch. I liked the food but I didn't like my books because they were too heavy. Before going home, we had four more lessons and three breaks. In Maths lesson, our teacher told us a story about Gauss. I like my school.

   I'm with my friends. We're wearing spooky costumes because there is a costume party and a costume competition.

   I'm in English lesson at the moment. We're watching some videos later.

   I'm İdil. I'm 11 years old. I live in Mersin. I'm in 6th grade. I want to write about my hopes and dreams.

   I'm interested in making models and reading, but I'm not interested in football. I love reading but I prefer making models. I'm good at swimming and my brother, too. I can make delicious ice-cream because it is my special talent. My dream is to be a doctor so I have to study hard.

   We were in Africa. We were all happy and we were ready for safari. During the journey on our bus, we saw many animals. After we saw an elephant, Bill wanted to take a photo of it. So we stopped. Before he went near to the elephant, he stopped and waited for us. Jane and Jack went with him but I waited in the bus. After two hours, Jake came to the bus and told me that a snake bit Bill. I was very scared.  I called an ambulance and drove there quickly. Later, ambulance arrived and took Bill to hospital. We fallowed him too. He is okay now, but he can't get out of hospital until he is better.

   Once upon a time, there was a Yeti in the North Pole. Everyone was scared of Yeti because he was a huge creature. But Yeti didn't want to scare them. He just wanted to talk with them. 

   One day, when Yeti woke up, he heard two people were talking about a potion. When you drank it you became a person. When he heard about that potion, he became very happy and excited. Potion was in a cave. Yeti waited for the people to leave there and went to the cave. 

   When he found the potion, he drank it and became a handsome boy. He returned his house and lived happily ever after.

Deneyin amacı: Havanın genleştiğini görmek.
Malzemeler: 
- Tabak
- Mum   
- Bardak
- Kibrit
- Su
Yapılışı: Mum tabağa koyulur ve mumun dibine biraz su dökülür. Bardak mumun üzerine kapatılır.
Gözlem: Su bardağın içinde yükseldi ve mum söndü.
Sonuç: Mum bardağın içindeki oksijen bitince söndü. Mumun alevi havayı ısıtarak genleştirdi. Genleşan hava bardağın altından kaçtı. Kaçan havanın yerini tabaktaki su aldı. Böylece su bardakta yükseldi.

Deneyin amacı: Su döngüsünü kase içinde gözlemleme. 

Malzemeler:

- Kase
- Streç film
- Küçük kase 
- Buz 
- Sıcak su
Yapılışı: Büyük kasenin içine su koyulur. Suyun üzerine küçük kase koyulur. Streç film hızlıca büyük kasenin üstüne kapatılır. En üste buz koyulur.
Gözlem: Buharlaşan su streç filmdeki soğuk hava ile karşılaşınca yoğuşur. Havada asılı kalamayacak hale geldiğinde yer çekiminin etkisi ile küçük kaseye düşer.
Sonuç: Kasenin içinde sırası ile buharlaşma, yoğuşma, yağış ve toplanma olayları gerçekleşti.

Deneyin amacı: Suyun kaynama noktasını bulma.
Malzemeler:
- Beher
- Termometre
- İspirto ocağı
- Su
Yapılışı: Su ispirto ocağında durmadan ısıtılır ve belli aralıklarla ölçülür.
Gözlem: Bir süre sonra suyun içinde gaz kabarcıkları oluştu ve 100 derecede buharlaşma en hızlı oldu. Sıcaklık sabit kaldı.
Sonuç:Suyun kaynama noktasının 100 derece olduğunu gördük.

     One day in summer holiday, I was in an aquapark. I was with my friend. It was a sunny day. We were swimming. We were drinking lemonade when, suddenly we heard a laugh. We went to market and saw a monkey ghost in a bikini and an ice cream hat on it. It was dancing. We felt scared and we laughed. Then we went back to the pool. In the end, we told the other people about the ghost.They didn't belive us!
